With this fiasco we are seeing in the guise of the Obama Administration and their attempt to bankrupt this nation by piling on record debt as well as their unheard of mandatory purchase of a commercial product or face a tax penalty for failing to do so, I am wondering, “What would Thomas Jefferson do? (or any of the founding father’s for that matter)
I’m quite sure, that at the very least, they would not enroll in Obamacare and am equally positive that they would refuse to pay their taxes to this tyrant and his criminal regime. What are they going to do in response?…but before you answer that, let me remind you of an important date in American history: April 19th, 1775. Google it if you have no clue as to it’s significance.

Regardless of your political leanings, you are not exempt from the cold hard realities of the fact that Obamacare is going to have an impact on not only your choices for health care options but also on your paycheck or bottom line and may very well impact your employment situation.

I guess the sequester isn’t all that bad when we can send the Vice President abroad to the tune of 1 Million dollars for two nights of hotel expenses. This seems excessive in light of the fact that the President has closed the White House to tours because the country “can’t afford it?” The Administration would have us believing that these budget cuts are so devastating to the country that we can’t even afford to run White House tours but the Vice President can travel with a 100+ person staff and rack up a million dollar hotel bill in just two nights. Meanwhile, Senate Democrats are attempting to pass a spending bill that Doesn’t balance the budget AND raises taxes. What this really means is they have crafted a spending package they know will never pass the House, this is just another club to use to beat the Republicans over the head with in the next election cycle.
We have to stop hiring these people who aren’t interested in actually getting anything accomplished save winning the next election.

So, making this a video blog seemed like a good idea at the time. Turns out I don’t like being in front of the camera a whole bunch – so I’m going back to writing.
This space has sat untended for quite a while. I got totally burned out on the political chatter and just stopped paying attention. Plus, I found other things to occupy my time online. Funny how Facebook can become a major time suck, but it can be fun too. I’m going to make an effort to start using this space again, there was a time when this place had a lot of traffic and some of the conversations were really fun. Unfortunately, this site also attracted a certain type who can’t have an intelligent, rational conversation but have to resort to ugliness. This is one of the reasons I stopped, I guess I had my fill of ugly.
I’ve been asked several times to sell this place, but I really don’t want to sell. I like it here and I’m going to keep it. If you follow the link to the original site you’ll see that this place has been around since 2005. Doesn’t seem like it’s been that long but time really does fly the older you get. If you do take the time to look at the original site you’ll notice there are a few broken video and image links. That’s due to me being lazy or the source video no longer existing and I’m not going to take the time to fix them … like I said, I’m lazy.
Anyway, I’ll be posting here occasionally and it won’t be all politics all the time like before because that has gotten tedious. I hope someday soon this place will see the traffic numbers we used to get and I hope we all can have some more fun conversations. I guess I’ll have to wait and see …
