Dear Mr. President … I am completely underwhelmed by your effort to keep this country secure.

I don’t know about all of you … but I am absolutely TERRIFIED that people like this fucking bozo are making policy decisions for our nation. How the fuck did this jackass get elected?

Was it that long ago that America fought for its independence and freedom? Yeah; it has been a little over 200 years and apparently it has been long enough for a lot of people to forget how valuable freedom is.

Most American citizens do not know what it is like to live in a country that is not free and maybe that is part of the problem. Many of us have truly begun to take our liberties for granted.

Think of all the men and women that have served in the armed forces for the last couple of hundred years. Think of how many have given their lives so that we may remain free. Are their lives not worth something?

We see pictures of the atrocities that man imposes upon other men and we have heard horror stories of men enslaving others. Sometimes we hear about societies inflicting great genocides to wipe out entire populations of countries but we have been spared these horrors.

Our fighting men and women have sacrificed and given their lives so that we have not had to endure the horrors of tyranny. Yet; there are many people that want to overturn our way of life! For what?!

Is it not sad—that today politicians and liberals place so little value on our freedom and what it has cost that they are willing to give away citizenship in the hopes of future votes?

Politicians and liberals are contemplating the action to grant amnesty to those people that have INVADED our country and have violated our laws. Most politicians and Liberals call these people “illegal aliens” to be politically correct. When did it become fashionable to break the laws of the United States Constitution?

Citizenship is not something that should be given away like a prize in a box of cracker jacks! Too many people have died and sacrificed to make this country what it is and citizenship is something that is valuable and earned!

It almost seems like we are playing a weird kind of Hide-N-Seek where if you get into the United States you are free and on home base. Once you are on home base then you are entitled to all the privileges of citizenship; this is wrong!

Why should people be able to slink into our country in the cover of night and be granted immediate amnesty? What about those people who are trying to become citizens and are going through the formalities to do it legally?

Do you remember when saying the Pledge of Allegiance meant something? Do you remember when you got chills running up your spine when you heard the Star Spangled Banner? If you do not have some memory of this; then our armed forces are truly dying in vain!

My family has lost many cousins, uncles and grandparents in the World Wars and the recent conflicts. It saddens me to think that their lives were given for a Nation whose politicians are willing to give it away!

Just as our education system is dummying down true education; we seem to be diluting the meaning and value of citizenship!

Congressman Etheridge needs to be brought up on assault charges.

To the delight and dismay of many the landmark healthcare bill passed by the House of Representatives on March 21, 2010 by a vote of 219 to 212 is now the law of the land. The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (H.R. 3590) was signed into law March 23, 2010 by President Barak Obama.

Like many Americans I sat glued to my TV set watching these historic events unfold. Although the passing of the bill was split largely along party lines and met with mixed emotions, it has been hailed a significant victory for all Americans and for the Obama administration.

Even though there is no universal healthcare provision, H.R. 3590 will no doubt be regarded as the most significant healthcare legislation in decades.

As the political fallout settles pending implementation of the emotionally contested bill which has now become law, the debate about healthcare reform undoubtedly will continue for years to come as the various provisions of the bill are enforced.

Regardless of where you stood on the side of this legislation, judging by the media attention given to the bill and the public reactions for and against it, there can be no denying that the focus of our nation has been turned from all else to the healthcare of its citizens.

For those of us without health insurance coverage this is a good thing and the renewed attention is none too soon. But the question remains:

Will the new healthcare reforms solve every healthcare issue in the lives of Americans?

I don’t think so. In fact, no one has claimed that it will. One thing is certain; healthcare as practiced in this country is a very complex phenomenon. Until Americans make some different lifestyle changes and move toward a preventive approach to healthcare we will continue to have high incidences of illness and disease in our society.

But where do we go from here?

You don’t have to look any further than the evening news to see that there is a healthcare revolution underway in this country. Millions of Americans are beginning to connect the dots; they are beginning to understand that healthcare in this country is a complicated matter with no easy answers.

Amidst all of the misinformation and misunderstanding of the issues surrounding the passing of the new healthcare reforms, there lies a general distrust of government as people are realizing, there has to be a better way to maintain our health and vitality. More and more people are beginning to see that:

1) We can no longer depend on others to manage our individual healthcare concerns (i.e. the government, insurance companies, employers, etc).

2) We must begin to take charge of the decisions that affect our healthcare.

3) We must look at alternatives to institutionalized medicine and traditional healthcare options that are profit motive based.

4) In this country healthcare should begin with preventive healthcare as a way of life.

5) We must begin to investigate the benefits of healthcare through self-care health management.

This new healthcare awareness is leading tens of thousands of Americans to a self-care healthcare revolution.

This self-care revolution is well underway as thousands of Americans are discovering the preventive and treatment benefits of Eastern and Traditional Asian medicine (T.A.M). This Eastern approach to medicine coupled with the latest scientific research into little known quantum psychics and quantum mechanics technologies which among other things utilize 0.field energy, Far-Infared, and Epigenetics in the prevention and treatment of sickness and disease.

Make no mistake, in this country we support and encourage a healthcare system in which disease prevention, fitness, and wellness are not taken seriously. Why?

Unlike Eastern medicine, our entire healthcare system is centered on the treatment of disease rather than prevention of disease. This treatment based healthcare system is backed by profit motivated drug, pharmaceutical, and insurance companies which do not encourage the practice of Eastern medicine for reasons that should be obvious.

One final thought:

Have you considered that the insurance, drug, and pharmaceutical industries are not upset at all by the new Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (H.R. 3590) which mandates all Americans to acquire health insurance by 2014? Why?

Not only are they going to do well under the new healthcare reforms mandating coverage, they are going to do very well because the law continues to encourage a practice of Western style medicine. Why should the insurance, drug, and pharmaceutical industries advocate self-care and disease prevention through technologies that do not provide incentive or profit for them?

Perhaps it is time we all start connecting the dots and join the self-care revolution!
